As a model who intends to grow faster in the modeling industry and also get more jobs from clients, you have to consider your profile. Your profile should be attractive and show case what type of model you are. Below are the top tips on how to make your model profile look awesome and more attractive to the agencies, photographers and clients who are looking to work with a model.

1. High Quality Photos
Agencies and clients are attracted by your pictures. Uploading photos taken with you phone camera will automatically kill your profile. Always use a good camera to take pictures, you can as well choose a good background or a plain background, perhaps a wall or a landscape and keep it simple.

2. Clear Photo of your Face

Shooting photos in sunglasses makes it impossible for clients and agencies to see your face clearly. Instead, take a simple portrait of yourself looking directly at the camera, which enables people to see your face clearly.

3. Avoid Selfies or Snapchat filters

Industry members who check your profile do not take selfies or Snapchat filters seriously, so it is better to leave those for your social media accounts.

4. Avoid Group Photographs
Group photographs are quite confusing for the client or photographer, photos with groups of friends is a nice idea, but not when you are a model! Try to upload photos only of yourself, as it makes it easier for people to see exactly the kind of model you are and looks more professional.

Try to avoid night pictures where the light is low, it makes it difficult to see how you look. Daylight photos or studio lighting (if you have shot with a professional photographer) is always a better option!
